Die Wohnung ist eine von 5 Wohnungen in einem Neubau. Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind vollständig, neuwertig und geschmackvoll. Auch Parkplatz für Auto und Fahrad sind perfekt. Einzig die stark befahrene Kreuzung direkt vor dem Haus stört ein wenig beim Frühstück auf der kleinen Terrasse.
