I was unable to go to the property since since I tried to contact the property before my stay about a week in advance and did not receive any response until about 10hours before I was supposed to fly out. The response I received was an automated one that stated the hotel was closed . I only received this response after several attempts to contact the hotel. I have since then continued to try and contact the hotel with still no response. Expedia was also not helpful saying they could only offer me a refund if I got a hold of the hotel, even after I explained I haven’t been able t get a hold of the hotel for a week - week and a half and that the only response I did get was an automated one that stated they were close and that was the first time I was informed of that even though my flight was supposed to take off in less than 10 hours. Overall I am sure the property is nice ans it is good to know they value their employees and their customers safety but the lack of communication and ability to work with customers to reschedule or refund and notify them of the closure is absolutely horrible.
