### Secluded Villa with Pool in Heraklion

Welcome to "IVY VILLA", our serene pool villa in Heraklion Crete, perfect for up to 8 guests.   
  
Surrounded by lush olive trees and grapevines, our villa is a true oasis of tranquility and relaxation, just a short drive from Heraklion City Centre, the famous Knossos Palace, the airport and the beautiful beaches of the area.  
  
Our 150 m² villa has four bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have double beds that can be transformed into single beds upon request. The fourth bedroom has a single bed and a single sofa bed.   
  
At the impressive yard area you can find a wonderful pool where you can enjoy the Cretan sun or have a romantic night under the moonlight! There’s an outdoor dining area with a BBQ, perfect for hosting amazing sunset dinners. The house is also surrounded by big terraces, where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a view.   
  
The stylishly decorated living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the local area and even has a fireplace for those chilly nights.  
  
Finally, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals using the fresh local ingredients available in the area.  
  
For the digital nomads who are looking for an escape while working, the villa offers a desk in the common area with a view of the pool. If you need more privacy while working, we can (upon request) turn the 4th bedroom into a designated office. Ask us for more details!  
  
The villa is located in Finikia area, close enough to visit the city & landmarks but far enough to relax and unwind. It’s surrounded by nature and without many neighboring houses, so you can enjoy private & peaceful moments.  
  
During your stay at the villa it is highly recommended that you hire a car since there is no public transport or amenities around. No worries, we can help you arrange a car hire! The property has its own 4-place private parking.

#### Wonderful Experience

Property was just as described and pictured. Our family was able to relax and enjoy our holiday in Crete by staying in this villa. Plenty of room for everyone, the grounds have multiple places to sit, and the pool area was nice to return to each evening. Location is easy to get to once you first arrive and the host shows you the route. Easy access to the city and other points of interest. The location feels excluded even with other houses in the area. There was some dog barking in the night and be prepared to wake with the rooster crow but it was charming compared to city noise. The best was waking each morning and opening the doors to walk out on the patio to be greeted by the morning sun, a lovely view, and the sparkling pool. Hosts were perfectly attentive and the house thoughtfully provisioned. We would return.
