### Eclectic Urban Nest - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

Welcome to Eclectic Apartment, a stylish two-level home located in the heart of Heraklion. Situated on the first and second floors of a residential building, this thoughtfully designed space combines comfort, natural light, and a touch of artistic flair, making it ideal for couples, friends, or small families.  
  
On the lower level, you’ll find two cozy double bedrooms with soft linens and a calm atmosphere. One of the bedrooms includes a Smart TV for relaxing evenings in bed. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, a washing machine, and a hairdryer. A small balcony on this floor offers a convenient space to hang clothes using the drying rack.  
  
The upper level opens into a bright and welcoming living area with a three-seater sofa, an armchair, and another Smart TV, creating the perfect setting to unwind. The dining space comfortably seats four, and the adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and all essential cookware and tableware for a convenient self-catering stay.  
  
From the living space, you can access a spacious main balcony furnished with an outdoor table, chairs, potted plants, and a hanging egg chair, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. A second, smaller balcony adds even more natural light and fresh air to the space.  
  
The apartment is fully climate-controlled with a heat pump system that provides both heating and cooling in the bedrooms and the living area, ensuring comfort throughout the year.  
  
Whether you're visiting Heraklion for leisure or work, Eclectic Apartment offers a relaxed and stylish base to enjoy the city and return to at the end of each day.
