"For a night before a cruise this hotel was good; rooms are very small but adequate, located right next to Keelung night market an experience not to be missed food items you will never see in US , for access to cruise it is a short 10 minute walk to the terminal ( no taxi's as it is too close for them to make any money) even folks with a wheelchair easily accomplished this. Breakfast in basement is adequate and accomodates US travelers. Make sure your driver has the exact address as it is located...

I didn’t receive any details until standing outside on a rainy day trying to figure out how to call a local phone number, which was eventually answered by someone who only speaks Chinese. "Jiufen stay especially in Windsor's was an amazing experience. Sitting in that humble lovely room staring directly out at the horizon!! Perfect Mingsu for sure!! The owners were quick with responses and extremely accomodating. This is our first homestay in Jiufen and have decided to return to Jiufen for our every annual Taiwan trip! :)"
