It was wonderful to be so close to Daylesford, but in a quieter place without traffic. Waking up to birdsong and kangaroos in the adjoining block was a real delight. The house is perfect for a group stay. We were four friends and all the bedrooms were perfect. Kitchen facilities are excellent and there are so many spaces indoors and outdoors to relax, share a meal and a drink. Megan, the Host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. Booked this fantastic property for Christmas around 2 months ago for my family and another friend's family. Just 2 days before check-in, Megan (the homeowner) messaged me to offer us an extra night on Christmas Eve for FREE! What a nice festival gift! The property has everything you need (for kids as well) and its location is so convenient (3 minutes drive to the town centre). The view from the balcony is breathtaking! Everyone loves the property so much, we will certainly visit it again in the future. Even better than we expected, such a nice touch to arrive to music and welcoming lighting. Lovely Salus bathroom products have the stay a hotel-like feel. Watched a family of kangaroos each dawn and dusk on the vacant lot next door which was a hit with the kids. Such a beautiful view over the bush land.
