« Excellent location for our stay during Johns Hopkins Graduation Week. The host was kind enough to let us host a small celebration after graduation with local BBQ from Blue Pit BBQ. »

« We had a wonderful stay. Four huge bedrooms, and the rooftop deck was a massive bonus. The house was spotlessly clean and well stocked. All great. Also, as promised, the neighborhood was quiet but walkable. I would absolutely stay here again if I return to Baltimore. »

« Emilie is a great host, her warm communication and responsiveness were greatly appreciated! We stayed for a weekend in April for a family birthday in the area. The unit was very clean and spacious, we had plenty of room for our family with children as well as 2 extended family members to stay with us. The location is great, close to all kinds of grocery stores and restaurants. It also is a short drive from the Metro station, we took the family for a fun day at the museums and monuments in DC...

« Our family of 4 stayed 2 weeks while visiting the city and surrounding areas. It was a good location for us to where we wanted to go. Short distance to downtown and transit. Plenty of room between 3 floors. Very clean and easy to check-in. Washer and dryer in the basement was convenient and great to have a TV in every bedroom and living room. Communication with the property manager was quick and responsive. Its an older home so the floors and stairs creaked,and in an older but quiet neighborhood...

« My wife and I enjoyed our long weekend stay in Baltimore at Tropical Oasis. Super easy check in and check out. Conveniently located just south of Patterson Park and easy walking distance of great restaurants and bars. We enjoyed the great kitchen and roof top views. Beds were very comfortable and most hotels can’t come close to these accommodations and value. »

The open concept kitchen/dining room/living room area is perfect for a big group to enjoy spending time in. Winston is a fantastic host, very communicative and helpful.
