« We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home right in the heart of Atlanta! The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything the city has to offer. The house itself was spotless, very comfortable, and had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Communication with the owners was excellent, they were responsive, friendly, and made the whole process seamless. We were visiting for the weekend just to see the aquarium, botanical garden and zoo. Very easy to get to all 3 as well as the airport (we had a rental car). « This was my second time staying here and both times were amazing! I love this place. Feels so much like home. Perfect location and close to everything. « absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend! We were there for a baseball tournament that was located all over the Atlanta area so the location was perfect! 20min from the airport, close to restaurants, Whole Foods, etc! The house was beautiful..,pictures show well but it’s even better! We had 5 adults and everyone had their own “space”! The owners thought of everything! We even used the poker table and chips! Overall a great experience!! »

"Cet hôtel a probablement eu son heure de gloire mais il a besoin d’une sérieuse rénovation. Les équipements sont en piteux état. Des prises électriques qui sortent du mur. Une odeur de moisi sur la literie. Pas de poubelle dans la salle de bain. Une saleté visible dans tous les recoins (sommier, moquette etc) Le clou du spectacle : une porte fenêtre qui ne ferme pas et qui donne sur un balcon commun avec une autre chambre. Oui, vous avez bien lu. Pas de coffre dans la chambre non plus donc sécurité zéro (en tout cas pour ma chambre). "

"La chambre était propre, mais c’était vraiment le minimum… La salle de bain avait des porte-shampoings cassés et le canapé présentait des taches inappropriées à notre arrivée. La porte de la salle de bain ne restait pas fermée et était difficile à maintenir close, d’autant plus qu’il n’y avait aucun moyen de la verrouiller. Le personnel de l’hôtel est sympathique, mais parfois un peu trop insistant. Par exemple, lorsque nous avons demandé un menu des boissons au barman du hall, il nous a répondu sèchement qu’il n’y en avait pas, avant de nous dire, en voyant notre étonnement, qu’ils pouvaient préparer ce que nous voulions. Le personnel est souvent distrait, occupé à discuter entre eux ou sur leur téléphone, plutôt qu’à être disponible pour les clients. L’entretien des chambres manquait de régularité, les horaires de nettoyage variaient entre 8h45 et 16h pour notre chambre au troisième étage, ce qui compliquait notre organisation pour retourner dans la chambre. Pire encore, les agents d’entretien nous ont réveillés en ouvrant la porte avec leur carte magnétique (heureusement que nous avions mis la butée de porte !). Ils avaient aussi l’habitude de crier dans les couloirs pour communiquer entre eux et de mettre la musique à fond dans les chambres qu’ils nettoyaient. Le restaurant du hall était hors de prix et utilisait des sonnettes censées avertir quand la commande était prête… mais elles ne fonctionnaient jamais. Le personnel nous disait : « Quand votre plat sera prê"

"Beautiful historic building and easy to walk downtown. Valet service was excellent from arrival to departure, special note to valet at this hotel, much appreciated!! Rooms are luxurious, well decorated and super clean. Bathroom was really nice with a full shower. Service was fast and very professional from all employees. Food from the restaurant was really good"

Très belle chambre, confortable, mais manque d'isolation phonique avec les chambres voisines des deux côtés.
