We also really appreciated all the small touches and amenities the host included. The most pleasant surprise was discovering Hendersonville. It is such a lovely town and we just happened upon the Apple Festival and had a wonderful time. We also enjoyed our time in Ashville which wasn't too far away, but our go to place was the Sierra Nevada brewery with live music and a relaxing ambience and of course the beer. It did rain the whole weekend but that did not dampen our enthusiasm for the cabin or the area. It was a wonderful stay. ##### Denise G. My husband, our 26-year-old son, his girlfriend and I had a terrific stay at this adorable cabin. Tucked into the woods just off the main road, the cabin is cool even in the heat of summer. The decor is charming inside and the cabin is well-stocked with linens, soap and kitchen needs. The perfect location for hiking in DuPont State forest and exploring Asheville.
