Beat the heat, Good A/C, nice shaded porch overlooking lake. Almost always a nice breeze through porch. Great for a family or group of fishermen. A lot of big bass caught right off back yard, see pics. Neighborhood boat landing and 6-mile boat landing right around the corner. Floating boat dock that accommodates 1 boat covered and 1 uncovered. Note that the dock is currently damaged and flipped over due to a tornado that came through. Once the water levels drop we will try to repair. And there are no smoke detectors or smoke alarms anywhere in that trailer. So we requested and reported that. The handrails were fixed while we were there. I should say put on while we were there, but no smoke alarms or no smoke detectors. My sister-in-law did fall in the bedroom because it was a little dark and there was no handrail for her to hang onto so that’s why we did talk to the management. ##### mona s.
