"Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus! Wir wurden zu Beginn freundlich begrüßt und durch die Räumlichkeiten geführt. Die Ausstattung mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern, Toilettenpapier, Espressobohnen für den Kaffeevollautomaten, Gewürzen, etc. ist sehr gut. Die Küchenausstattung ist auch im Übrigen toll, noch nie haben wir in einer Unterkunft z.B. so viele scharfe Messer vorgefunden, so macht das gemeinsame Kochen noch mehr Spaß! "Pros: Das Haus war genauso ausgestattet, wie in den Bildern beschrieben. Es hatte sogar neuerdings einen Whirlpool, den wir gerne genutzt haben. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und hat auf Fragen direkt reagiert. Es gab selbstgemachte Marmelade, Honig und Apfelsaft aus eigener Herstellung. "Pros: Super war, dass man die Waschmaschine und den Staubsauger nutzen konnte! Cons: Schade war, dass der große Garten leider nicht so gepflegt ist (Rasen war teilweise Knie hoch). Unangenehm war auch der beißende Geruch aus den Ausflüssen."

"Very small room and no AC. The highlight is the breakfast buffet. Excellent food and great view from the 6th floor on the harbor. If you just use the room for sleeping and you are not staying in the middle of the summer it’s a great hotel. The staff was very nice."

"Clean. Staff and service mostly OK. Some very good some very poor. Property in general good condition. But I have a serious issue with facilities. The pictures show a swimming pool. But the swimming pool is not part of the hotel at all. It’s across the road. It doesn’t belong to the hotel at all. This is only visible in the small text . This kind of advertising is unethical in my view. We booked this hotel because we believed it had a pool. In the end, the public pool was actually closed so we couldn’t even use it. The location and general area around the hotel directly on the river is quite nice. Our room was rather noisy in the morning. I believe we were located over the reception so there was lots of coming and going. Parking is very limited. When we arrived, we got the very last parking spot, which was very tight. "

"Excellent Hotel for a short stay in Cuxhaven. Walkable distances to attractions and the habor. Several Restaurants and the museum in walking distance. Besides the kitchen the hotel doesn't offer any other amenities so you might want to look around if you are planning to stay longer."
