Hotel is conveniently located near Central Station, shopping malls and eateries. Firstly, it is located near Old Irish Pub which can be quite noisy even though windows are double glazed. I could hear the shouting as the pub screens the football match. Secondly, it is located on a slope. The uphill battle to drag luggages on a rather rough cobbled stone path. Lastly, we were given a shower area which was about 65cm by 65cm complete with shower curtains. Because of the small area, the shower curtain tends to stick to your body when you are showering. It is quite irritating, so the only way to shower is not to use the shower curtains instead.

Perfect location and right next to a Rock Bar!!!
Perfect location in the centre of the city with a great pub right in front of the hotels front door and only 100m from Passio, a top class and great restaurant. Definitely stay there again.

Good value close to central train station
Just a few blocks from Central Station if arriving by train. Lots of Tram stops and restaurants nearby. Room was awkward shaped and bathroom was very small, but super clean and beds were comfortable. The bag storage in the hotel is easy and helpful.

Surprisingly quiet despite the location being centrally located. Secure. Staff was helpful. They don't offer breakfast but there were free coffee and tea near reception area. Room has enough space and clean. They allow luggage storage after check out.

This hotel is more than price. Room is clean, lovely and has enough space. Front desk is friendly. It’s also easily accessible. It’s very cozy hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just around 5 minutes walk from Central train station and there is a tram station with a few minutes walk. Most of the attraction can be reach around 10-15 minute with tram. The hotel staffs are nice and the room is comfortable with reasonable size. The only downside is the toilet bowl is close to walls which using the toilet feels uncomfortable.

A good hotel experience overall. Staff was friendly, room was clean, and the location is really great. Upon arrival the room wasn’t ready but they stored our bags for us and got us into a room as early as they could. The location is close to train station and metro for easy way around the city. The only feedback would be to bring your own shampoo/soap/etc as the hotel didn’t have any. We also had a floor heater that didn’t work, but the room was warm enough. Good hotel for price and convenience.

Our room was clean and beds comfortable. Location gets 10 points. Walking distance to city, Kauppatori and railway station. Value for money! Rooms don't have an air conditioner thou very small table fan was provided. Unfortunately one fan wasn't enough for three people. (We requested additional fans but they were not available).

Non-traditional hotel-decent rooms, great location
Clean and functional. It’s not managed like a regular hotel- it’s a floor of hotel rooms in a multi-function building -but it works out fine. The elevator is definitely small. The location is excellent, in the middle of a busy downtown area with plenty of restaurants, easy access to the train station and not too far from the harbor.

An excellent hotel in the centre of Helsinki. Room much larger than expected and the ability to leave our luggage in lockers prior to our rooms being ready was a real bonus.

Very clean and comfortable room. Old fashioned furniture but these added character. Just one person on reception at a time and no other staff seemed available. No room cleaning during our two day stay but this did not bother us. Nice central location to hotel and places nearby to have breakfast and other meals.

Hotel Finn is one of those places that I have walked past probably dozens of times over the many trips to Helsinki that I have taken for business in the past 12 years. It is so well-situated, and so discreet, and in pandemic times a blessing, as there are so few people whom you would encounter. The vibe is just right, too: the rooms are well-appointed and the staff is professional. And location, location, location - you are met by a downhill view of Stockmann and are next door to my favorite restaurant in Helsinki: Kosmos.

Clean, comfortable, great location!
Great location convenient to shopping, transportation, and restaurants. Walking distance to the Christmas market and great saunas. No frills hotel, but clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The luggage lockers were great for late flights!

Ihan hyvä hotelli
Huone pieni mutta viihtyisä ja soveltuu hyvin kahden aikuisen tarpeisiin. Pieni jääkaappi olisi mukava. Sängyt erityisen hyvät ja samoin tyynyt.Kylpyhuoneen lattian reunoilla jotakin likaa joka näytti pa$#alta... Mutta kaikenkaikkeaan hyvä kokemus. Äänieristys kyllä vähän niin ja näin.
