The hotel is nice and located close to our office. However if you arrive after 9.30pm there are very few options for eating as everything closes early in the area.

I was a bit reluctant initially as it was expensive. I needed to book 2 rooms. I am glad I did choose GLO for the following reasons: 1) The room was so quiet. Finland is quiet in general but having a super quiet room helped to adjust to the new time zone. 2) The ventilation system is superior compared to many hotels I have stayed at around the world. It's quiet and does the job properly so the room does not smell musty. 3) The room was small but that is typical of Europe. Did not feel suffocating thanks to the high ceiling. Also, the bathroom is an American size bathroom so it was a pleasant surprise. 4) Breakfast was top quality. Porridge was the best. There were many other options such as crepes. I felt I was eating high quality, good ingredients food like the whip cream and jam unlike high fructose garbage offer in hotels in America. Eating bad breakfast in American hotels will lead the population to needing American size bathroom. 5) The location is so convenient. It's fast to take the train to Helsinki or to the other direction. There are couple of supermarkets 2 minutes away to grab food. There is no unsafe area in Finland so I need not to comment about the safety of the areas outside of this hotel. In conclusion, I am glad I chose GLO. I encourage American visitors to check out GLO to experience the difference in the architecture quality and food quality.

Nice beds, silent room, great condition. Breakfast could be better, but that's on par with other hotels. I prefer this to the other large hotel chains

Great location. With the shopping mall next to the hotel the services not available at the hotel (restaurant and gym) were easy to find. Check in and out was fast and service good. The room was clean and spacious. The bed met my needs were well. For our one night sleepover in Espoo served us well.

Excellent with great touches.
Excellent hotel with wonderful touches. Mattress was sublime and breakfast was also very good. Highly recommend, not a lot around but was super comfortable and very nice small touches in the room. Slippers were amazing too :)

First trip to Finland
The hotel was really nice!! The bathroom amenities were lacking a bit. For example, no wash cloths, shampoo/conditioner or lotion provided. Bed was really comfy and very clean. Great location right next to a mall with lots of great shopping and restaurants.

A lovely stay!
I stayed in the hotel for a 3-day business trip. The service was excellent, the hotel was comfortable and well-kept and I really liked the style. Fun and quirky but still very stylish. I stayed here because i'd also stayed at the Glo in Helsinki a couple of times and also had a great experience.

For business, convenient, next to the train station and shopping centre. I like the good solid rooms - which seemed to have good sound insulation. The breakfast was decent, but not really 'wow'.

I have stayed at this hotel many times because it is close to our company’s Finnish office. This particular time, I was disappointed with my stay: hair on the bed, bed made in a rush in the mornings, tv not working one night... and the room rate was really high. If there were other hotel choices nearby, I would consider staying in another one. Let’s hope the standards will increase next time around.

Decent hotel used for business trip
The hotel was chosen as being close to the office I was working in. It is in a modern development about 20 minutes north of the city centre. There's not a lot to do here but the hotel is comfortable and service friendly and efficient.

High quality hotel
High quality hotel. No issues or problems. Everything as expected. Attendant at breakfast (Patrick from Jamaica) was very friendly and helpful. Next to a shopping center and on regional train line (major stop) directly to Helsinki and easy change at Hoplax to airport for easy arrival and departure.
