j’ai passé une nuit dans cet hôtel qui a mal vieillit . les chambres sont certes propres mais le mobilier est vieux. surprenant pour un hôtel holidays inn . l’accueil à la réception était bien rien à dire de ce côté par contre le restauration est médiocre est très cher une assiette d’un buffet presque vide facturée 24 euros c’est des plus honteux.

Hôtel à proximité de l’aéroport avec une navette gratuite toutes les 30min, même tôt ou tard dans la journée. Hôtel propre, confortable, équipé d’un restaurant. Chambre propre et spacieuse, literie confortable, bien équipée. 1 lit simple mais qui correspond à une sorte de lit double standard. Bonne isolement, environement calme. Wifi fonctionnel et rapide. Personnel sympathique, et professionnel. Très bon rapport qualité/prix, très pratique si on vient de l’aéroport ou si on doit s’y rendre.

Revoir l'électricité
Il était minuit passé quand je me suis installée dans la chambre. Je souffre d'apnée du sommeil et je suis appareillée. D'abord la prise à gauche de min lit, puis la prise de droit, ont refusé de fonctionné normalement. Mon appareil allumé c'est arrêté après quelques minutes de fonctionnement normal. Trop fatiguée pour contacter la réception, j'ai branché mon appareil sur la dernière prise libre au dessus du frigidaire. Il est inconcevable d'avoir de telle faille dans l'installation électrique !

Helsinki stop-over
modern hotel near to the airport with shuttle bus service. Nice rooms with a lot of space and calm. Breakfast buffet complete and tasty.

Les chambres et parties communes sont vraiment rudimentaires pour ce prix. On est loin du stadard holiday Inn. On se croirait dans un motel miteu aux US.

Getting around indoors is easy, and the Sauna's are top of the line. Breakfasts are exceptional as well, and staff are universally very friendly and helpful.

We had a brief but excellent stay at this airport hotel. The shuttle bus ran frequently and efficiently, the staff were friendly and helpful, the evening food was very good, and the breakfast buffet (which starts at 5 a.m.) was excellent. For what we needed, this was a perfect stay.

Had very good sleep, very quiet, bathroom working and clean soap and shampo but no toothbrush, bed soft and clean, TV flat screen many channels, iron in room good when you need fine shirt, big work table in room, many mirrors, and desk phone, coffee and te milk sugar in bags but electric kettle not working, wine glsses and regular glasses and cups, big closet and one chair, room sunny and bright, curtains clean and thick.

It’s all about the staff. On 23 Feb there was a lady at the front seat from another location on her day off. She was amazing. Very professional, friendly, helpful, and really made my not so good day better. Of course the hotel was amazing, but her attitude and personality set the tone for the stay. Thank you so much, whatever your name is. The entire staff was great. Also, the service from the lady in the restaurant that particular night was exceptional. She was not the typical hostess. So friendly. Maybe Finland really is the happiest country? The room was clean and surprisingly quiet (the most important things to ME). The burgers at the restaurant were great. Try them. The hotel is within walking distance of the mall, and the shuttle to the airport was very convenient. I will defiantly book this facility again.
