Bathroom with shower and toilet, bedroom with a comfortable double bed. In the studio on the top floor there is a living / sleeping area with views of the North Sea by the panoramic roof window and access to the roof terrace with views of the lighthouse and the dunes. Fi, a TV and radio / docking station to see available. Bed linen and towels are included and will be changed for longer stays. Gate to the sea is a new construction project with 26 residential units. All apartments have either a terrace, balcony or terrace, high-quality furnishings, underfloor heating and controlled ventilation. Several apartments are available as a holiday apartment for rent to guests. On a neighboring property is currently a construction site. The area is prepared for the installation of residential buildings in modular construction.
