there was no heat in our room, but the staff moved us to anew room, the big problem is that expedia has $15 / pet and we were charged $25/ pet, we would not have booked it knowing that rate. The manager was polite but would not offer to refund the $20 difference

Shelly the Hotel manager is sweet and very accommodating. The only thing about the place is the housekeeping doesn't knock with their knuckles they use the key card and do not announce who it is and just come right in, even if you are still in the room.

Was not friendly and was rushed at check in. Beds are hard as a rock, stains on blankets, a/c doesn’t work, is a pet friendly hotel but no grassy area to take our dog potty

Decapitating hotel looks unsafe and have to been maintained. Sheets, bathroom and room are dirty and lights are either missing bulbs or falling apart

It took 45 minutes to get us checked in and we were the only people in the lobby. He either didn't know what he was doing or they have a terrible system. The room is so gross. Blood stains on the carpet that look fairly fresh. Mold in the bathroom and the beds were terrible. I never leave reviews but I want people to know that the name Wyndham means nothing. Pictures were taken probably 20 years ago. We needed something close to the hospital and an unexpected trip. Locations and availability is what gave us little options for me and my girls.

The front desk did even acknowledge us when we were standing at the desk… they had us wait while they took money to the casino. The room was dark, dirty and dated. The kick boards were stapled to the wall, the shower was dirty, the curtain was falling off the hooks and there was a hole in the ceiling from a leak. The floor in both the hallway and the room was dirty and hadn’t been vacuumed. It wasn’t definitely not what was portrayed in the photos.

The property was a good price. The hotel was old but well maintained. The breakfast was a grab and go packaged sandwich. The neighborhood did not feel friendly. I did not feel safe walking in the area (almost run over twice). Not the hotel's fault, it's the people driving around. I would not recommend walking in that area. Drive somewhere safer and then walk.

Would you believe that there was holes in the sheets and when we brought the problem to the attention of the hotel staff they offered us a change of sheets if we would remake the bed ourselves! This is by far the worst place we have ever stayed in !

You get what you pay for
With a two week stay Staff only cleans and changes bedding by request at the front desk in the mornings , but nobody ever seemed to be there. Cobb-webs on the ceiling, Toilet ran all night, dirty carpets. But the price stayed in budget. No breakfast.

Tub was so slimy that we couldn’t use it. The microwave had fried rice dried in it. Had to clean it before we could use it. The gal working the bar working the bar when we first got there, didn’t want to be bothered by us old ladies. She had to leave for a family emergency. The woman who took over was amazing. We got stuck up on the third floor. Tripped in the sagging floors numerous times. We frequent this establishment at least yearly, and this was the only time we’ve been unhappy.

Stay was ok people were grate.. only problem was a lot of stuff was broken curtains were broken in the roo.m bed was broken cut my leg on a piece of metal sticking out of the bed frame. first room we they gave me the room was not cleaned i went in to a unmade bed and dirty towels on the bathroom floor and counter then the second room had some kind of crumbs and sticky stuff on both night stands,black mold on the shower curtain,busted up dresser,busted curtains hanging down and dirty carpet my company got the room or i would have never stayed there

Don’t stay here!
This place was filthy and completely run down. The first room they assigned us to hadn’t been cleaned yet and the dirty sheets were on a broken chair in the corner, the mattress was hanging off that bed frame, the drapes were almost off and pictures were off the wall. The hallway had a horrible smell. The next room she put us in was ready for guests apparently but the carpet was dirty and hadn’t been vacuumed behind the chair in quite a long time-it was bad! I’m a country girl-used to not nice things, but this place was bad! I was actually scared to touch anything! It was like a place you see in the movies that charges by the hour! We didn’t stay and I am waiting and hoping that Expedia does the right thing with refunding our money! I actually thought this might be a nice place because the cost was more than a it was at Shilo or a Days Inn!

No pool! It was drained. No good breakfast or water! There was only a few snack offered in the morning. There seemed to be a low staffing issue. Bed sheets were dirty/stained and did not feel like the safest part of town. There was multiple guys walking around the front of the hotel which made me feel uncomfortable. Overall poor experience.

Check in was about four minutes. Room was comfortable and quiet. I forgot my toothbrush and the front desk employee said they didn't have any to give out. He said, "A lot of people ask for toothbrushes all the time, but we don't have any." Please consider carrying a few of those items that people tend to forget. Most motels do carry them, even a Motel 6 I stayed at in the past. Thank you.
