The Front Desk Grinch

Our stay started out fine. The gentleman that checked us in was helpful and courteous. However on day two when I needed to check in another room that I was holding for my parents the woman at the front desk first of all was put out that I came up at the front desk at an unopportune time or something to check into the room at 5 pm. At that time my wife had come down to the front to let them know that we had not had housekeeping yet and the woman was very rude and said " housekeeping was not done yet and they would get there when they had a chance." We went out to dinner and upon our return at 10 pm we still had no housekeeping . I called down to the front desk and the same woman answered when I explained that our room was not done her comment was "well what do you want." I told her we would at least appreciate clean towels for morning she asked how many and said she would send some up. She was extremely rude with all encounters. The hotel was nice, the room was nice; however I would never stay there again or encourage anyone else to either.
