My only recommendation for the advertisement is be up front about the mandatory check in before 10:00 PM. This was the only stressful part of the trip. Having to wait for kids to get home from school and my partner home from work, then fighting holiday traffic, and worrying are we going to make it there before 10:00 PM. The 10:00 PM check in requirement was for "noise ordinance ". Other than that, the stay was great! The house was as advertised online. The beds were comfy and the house was clean. We even had a fire in the fire pit one evening and made smores. Also, we all loved the pool table and games on the screened in porch. Bathrooms on lower level needed a much better cleaning, toilet &tub were VERY dirty. Being unable to access the property via the rear gate was very inconvenient as we were riding motorcycles. this made for a challenging ride at night ##### Charles G.
