This property located in a gated community was perfect for our group of 5\. To get together and play board games and catch up. With a downstairs master bedroom and 2 guest rooms and a bath upstairs. We selected Helen because of its mountains and fresh air.But the home was more than we had expected. We love the neighborhood and the home. My kids love the game room. We did not want to leave. My daughter especially loved the game room. All of the rooms and beds were very comfortable. Beautiful house with everything you need, just bring food and clothes. I stayed with my teenage boys and our 7mon old Boxer puppy, Rowdy. We had a great time!! Had everything we needed. Felt like a home away from home. Do recommend placing a pin on the map to ensure the GPS takes you to the correct entrance because there are other ways into the neighborhood, but guests cannot enter. ##### Brittany D. We enjoyed our stay, but the master bedroom downstairs bed was super squeaky, and the toilet kept running unless we shook the handle after every use. Everything else was good. Great recommendations for the area were provided including dinners and activities. The arcade room and hot tub were huge hits for the kids and having so many items stocked in the house was a plus for the parents. Room in the back and back porch for all and once nighttime hits, it feels so peaceful and relaxing. Inside a gated neighborhood convenient to anything you want to do in downtown Helen. The house was very modern and decorated well, comfy beds and little touches (like a cute Coo-coo-clock) made it so comfortable and inviting. It is even more beautiful than the listing shows! There is no exaggeration in the description at all. Easy to find, sparkling clean, beautiful set-up, includes every amenity one can think of. The host was exceptionally responsive, helpful, friendly and kind. Our family of two grandparents, three young adults and one 7 month old had a wonderful time and found not a single thing we'd change. The house was spacious, and we appreciated the EV charger for our car, and that this property was dog-friendly. Home is located in a quiet, peaceful gated community—but is still very close to everything in downtown Helen. Home was a newer build, and well furnished and decorated. Some minor maintenance issues—light on upstairs balcony is broken and doesn’t work, and the light (above stove) on microwave did not work. Some of the sheets are stained and need replacement. Overall, property was excellent and we enjoyed a comfortable getaway for the holiday weekend. Would recommend this property! ##### Caryn S.
