The village was in walking distance for seniors. There are stairs to the cabin, so that should be considered. The water falls near by were wonderful. We had a great vacation.

The cabin is above the rental office on the main road going into Helen GA and not private at all. No outside area to sit and enjoy. Dumpster outside the entrance area with a bad odor.

The perfect little studio apartment for 2! Check-in was easy, the apartment was clean, and only a 5 minute walk to town. Highly recommend.

Perfect location.

Located within walking distance to everything was perfect. It was very private and with it being a very busy weekend, it was nice not to have to listen to someone running down a hallway like the hotels.

This studio is excellent. The location is perfect as it's only a 10 minute walk to the center of Helen.Everything was spotless and worked.I would have no hesitation referring you to this property

As advertised. Close to everything but far enough that we weren't up all night from Oktoberfest crowds. Absolutely loved Helen and will be back again.

Cozy Apartment very warm and comfy.

We enjoyed our stay. Apartment is cozy. Bed is comfortable and plenty of towels supplied. The outside is not appealing but once inside you don’t you forget about the outside. Outside the major area so pretty quiet.

Nice cozy cabin. Make sure to check in during hours of operation since you will not get assistance out of regular hours. We got there late and had difficulty finding the lock box, called the emergency number and never heard from them. Finally found the box and were able to get in. Just an extra adventure for the day

Comfortable and great location

Check in is a breeze. The room is large and comfortable. Perfect for two people. Overall quiet. The refrigerator did make a loud noise the first night as I had seen in other reviews, but we never heard it after that. Comfortable bed and pillows. Everything you need for a comfortable stay and close to everything. We were thankful for this with the heavy traffic noted during our stay. We easily walked to everything.

Property is zero frills. Which was fine however the heat/air conditioner unit took forever to cool off. Maybe not tripping the breaker to turn it off would make it more pleasant for your guests.

Mountain cabin

The room was fine. There was only one thin cotton coverlet on the bed. We looked all over for the extra blanket. Luckily I had a duvet in the car. The heating and air unit was a mystery to operate. When it was working, the whole unit vibrated. There were other weird knocking sounds behind the refrigerator. There is inadequate hooks for towels in the bath. We were happy with the unit & location.
