We had no issues however, there are a lot of stairs. Two rooms on the first floor and two rooms on the third floor sucked for arthritic knees. Three rooms have private bathrooms and the king room on the first floor is setup as a mother in law suite but the twin room would need to share the bathroom. My only complaint about the condo is the windows have blinds but no curtains so all the night lights and early sun makes the rooms very bright. Overall this is a great place to stay, walking distance to everything in Helen and short drive to hiking paths. ##### amy d. The condo was very accommodating for my family. It was right in the middle of town. Great Walking distance to everything. Each family member was able to have their own room. Main Street is right outside the condo.
