Lights that didn’t work, fans didn’t work, holes in flooring joints, squeaky bed, extremely soft bed to the point of no sleep. Electrical plugs lose and light fixtures flickered. Previous guest clothing in dresser. No storage or counter space in bathroom. Very loud unit being right next to the road. Oh and no parking. Stairwells weren’t very sturdy or safe. That is basically the only positive comment I have. It needs a good cleaning, there was a lot of dust and the floors were filthy. The deck is a shared area and it needs to be updated, clean up needs to be done outside. There was a swing by the river, but it was just mud to walk through to get to it. Some stepping stones or a gravel path would be nice. On the plus side, it was clean, we were able to walk out the back door and hear and see the river and the bed was really comfy and cozy. Also walking distance to pretty much everything!
