Condition and cleanliness of property was just "OK". Furniture on the upper deck was in need of cleaning, didn't even use because it was so dirty. Although there was a coffee pot available, there were no filters. Bathrooms fixtures, showers, were well worn and did not appear "fresh", i.e. stained and peeling paint.
