YES, the caboose has a fully functional, tricked out bathroom, in the silo adjacent to it (see photos and reviews). YES, the caboose has Air Conditioning & Heat in caboose and bathroom. YES, there is Hot Water in the bathroom. YES, there's an HD LCD television with Sound Bar, and with full DirectTV line-up of channels, along with Netflix and other streaming services. YES, high-speed (40mbs) WiFi is provided. In other business - No more than 2 adults, TWO NIGHT MINIMUM, no children, no pets, NO smoking, NON-smokers only please, and no discounts ever given. ---- Now the GOOD stuff: Located just one mile from fabulous Lake Burton, our 1929 vintage C&O caboose has undergone a top-to-bottom restoration and upgrade, with shades of the luxury Pullman cars of yesteryear. No detail was ignored to allow for a truly unique getaway experience. (Figure of speech. You can learn a lot of stuff by just walking in to the place and looking at all the unique stuff on the walls, Jim was very knowledgeable of a lot of things as well and it was awesome Howell they turned a silo into the bathroom. Jim is an awesome host. The place is incredibly clean and everything you need is available. The bed is not the most comfortable and privacy from the neighbors is a bit lacking. Road noise dies down considerably at night. Persons with difficulty navigating stairs might struggle a bit - it is a rail car after all.
