They replaced it the next day. There's two bedrooms with a queen and king bed and two sofas in the living room. Plenty of room for a family of four. We utilized the hot tub and the firepit. The house is about 5 minutes from Helen and also close to Ruby Falls. Everything in the house seemed to be recently remodeled. Plenty of parking in the gravel driveway. ##### Adam S. The only thing I found different from most rentals is that there was no kitchen supplies. Misc items like salt and pepper, seasonings, cooking spray, additional garbage bags or soap.
