Biggest complaint is that the sheets, linen, and towels were stained and not satisfactory for use on both beds. We brought to the attention of the office attendant, they provided us with new sheets, only to find that those were ALSO stained and questionable for use.. we ultimately went out to a local store and purchased our own sheets, bedding, and towels for use. We sent direct messages to the host via VRBO app with these items and never received a response. We was up stairs, there was a few boards that was loose and almost rotten. Lots of nails sticking up. (Had to watch where you walked) Every night when we got back to the room. I would cough my head off and my spouse would sneeze like crazy. We just thought it was the mountain air. Come to find out the last night we was in the room, in the closet on the ceiling was lots of black mold. When we checked out around 7:30 am I ask the lady in the laundry room to please have management to please call me and let my name and number.
