The condo is tastefully decorated and situated within a short walking distance from Helen Water Park. In addition to the water park, guests can enjoy the fun and excitement of tubing the Chattahoochee River in the summer months.This condo is great for families or couples who want to be in town but off the main strip. The Chattahoochee River is only a short walk away and the condo has spectacular river views. The condo was warm, the beds were comfortable and the layout of the condo was perfect for our family, giving everyone a little privacy. We especially liked the downstairs suite which included a mini kitchen, washer/dryer and a hot tub on the deck. We wish we had been a little closer to downtown since it was a little cold to walk and traveling downtown in a car was not fun since Helen was very busy this time of year. We were especially pleased with the property management. The property was very clean and they were prompt in responding to our questions. This would be a great location in the summer to enjoy tubing down the River. Helen was beautifully decorated for Christmas and all the restaurants and shops were open.
