Very close to everything in Helen, which is a fun little town. The second bedroom advertised a Queen, but it doesn't look like a Queen. No dresser or any furniture to place things in the Master bedroom. The patio had a hot tub (which was not shown in pics) so that couldn't be used to sit on. It was very hot the week we were there so the patio smelled a little musty. No tables in the living room. It is perfect for 2 adults or a family of 3\. The decor and kitchen items are very cute.
