The ease of checking in and out was a plus! At other condos, we're accustomed to stripping beds, starting a load of linens, starting the dishwasher, taking out the trash, and more. This was a breath of fresh air. The gas fireplace was a nice addition to the ambiance.We would like to suggest an extra blanket or two, and a bath mat be provided for future guests. And, don't forget to check batteries in remotes and lightbulbs! We did replace a battery in the remote for the living room TV.Thank you for your hospitality. ##### Natalie M. Fireplace was a hit with a good gas flame that was warming. The set up is basic but comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Good communication with host and clear info on check-in at gate. Note once you have the gate code you can use the back entrance with it and makes it easier to get to Anna Ruby Falls and other north of Helen without going thru town.
