(284 reviews) Nice hotel which is reasonably close to the airport. Shuttle service (one way) from the hotel to the airport is a bonus. Too bad there's no shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Not sure why. Dinner at the restaurant was good, and is the only dining option available. We didn't see any restaurants within walking distance. Our only complaint is that our room was very warm even with the window opened and the thermostat turned OFF. We couldn't understand why, since this is a first floor room. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. (132 reviews) Brand new hotel. Comfortable and clean room. We loved the design. Location very convenient for visiting the south coast of Iceland. Amazing views of the northern lights from the hotel (area is dark enough to see them really well). Breakfast was fairly simple in options but the quality of the available food was really good. Coffee could be improved. Would definitely stay here again!
