Apartment MORGENROT in the cottage Zum Badestrand

Pure nature:
- second row to the lake and directly at the nature reserve
- ideal for water sports
- especially suitable for families with children
- A beach with playground and volleyball court is only 100m away

Living room:
Ground floor with living, dining and kitchen area. An internal staircase leads to the attic with a bedroom for parents, a children's room with two beds and a daylight bathroom.

The apartment "Morgenrot" is the sister apartment of "Abendrot" The apartments are cut mirror-inverted and are ideal for holidays together with friends.

The large garden can be used by both parties. Barbecue and garden furniture are available.

Environment:
You go out of the house and are in the forest, on the water or in the small village Prieros. If you do not have bikes with you, you can rent them in different places. As well as boats or other water sports equipment. There's a lot to discover. Pack your rucksacks, bike or beach bags. There is something for everyone.

Free parking is available directly on the street in front of the house.

Absolut empfehlenswert!
Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderbaren Ferienwohnung und Umgebung. Die Ferienwohnung ist sorgsam und liebevoll mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und die Vermieter sind sehr aufmerksam und fragen aktiv nach, ob denn alles zur Zufriedenheit ist. Zudem ist die Umgebung herrlich ruhig, der See liegt praktisch vor der Tür, der Strand ist nicht zu stark besucht und in wenigen Gehminuten findet man eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Insbesondere als Urlaubsziel mit Kindern absolut empfehlenswert und wir kommen auch sicher wieder!

Wie spricht man Prieros richtig aus?
Ruhig gelegene Doppelhaushälfte mit großen Räumen, Balkon und Garten. Die Fahrräder waren sicher in einer Doppelgarage untergebracht. Bad , Küche, Wohn u. Esszimmer sehr gut ausgeleuchtet und mit allem was man zum wohnen braucht. Fahrradwege sind vorhanden aber nicht immer optimal! Sehr gute Anbindung nach Berlin- Spreewald - Cottbus! Hatten eine sehr entspannte Woche.

Erholsame Tage in Ruhiger Lage
Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Das einzige was fehlt sind Fliegengitter an den Fenster. Aufgrund der Nähe zum Wasser sind die Mücken sehr zahlreich vertreten.

Das Haus am See für einen entspannten Urlaub
Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum See mit Badestrand und wir haben den See mit den Kajaks erkundet. Die Gegend hat super schön ausgebaute Fahrradwege. Das Haus ist großzügig und bietet auch wenn's Mal regnet genügend Platz und viele Möglichkeiten sich zu erholen.
