"very nice looking clean hotel in what looks like part of a larger building. reception area good and a lift to the 1st floor. think there was only ground level plus floor 1.? staff were on the whole pleasant and helpful although we were warned that the overall attitude of this area of Spain was subdued. room was nice and cool so aircon not really required. one big downside was the showers and toilets in all the rooms made a big noise when used. like a massive motor type groaning every time...

"The property is clean and feels new. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is great, beyond my expectations. Down side, parking is extremely tight but great to keep car parked in safe location. About the room, a little small for my taste but McLean and comfortable beds. The a/c control was an issue being that I like to keep my room cool and has no individual controls. Therefore the hotel controls the a/c and was forced with a heater. "Great apartments with the basics you need to prepare meals, dishwasher and washing machine. Extra towels, hygiene and cleaning products was provided. Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival. Great standard of the apparment and accessories that was provided. Walking distance beautiful Old town of Bilbao, Museums, restaurants etc."
