Layout was nice with a nice open living room for visiting and the garage space for the kids! Only thing we could not find was a potato peeler. The master bedroom mattress was a bit uncomfortable getting in and out due to a board at knee level on either side of the bed. Either the board be removed or a thicker mattress. The MBR bath toilet seat needs to be reseated as it sometimes becomes unloose. The MBR sink hand towel holder needs reset. The door to the screened porch handle does not lock. Recommend a printed book be available to view the house rules and check out procedures - ie. the bedding, trash, towels, TV operations (we never did figure out how to view real time TV viewing of the infinity TV channels). These comments were not complaints but items we dealt with as rental owner for over 20 years of a beach house on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our week at the house and would highly recommend this house as a rental opportunity. ##### JAMES M. The youngest grandson loved the jacuzzi tube. I own some property close by that has a lake and they where able to swim and fish and ride there motorcycles there. My oldest grandson rides at the race track close by. The screen in porch is a big hit with me. We had a very nice week. Thanks ##### Richard S.
