Lovely home in Heberg with sauna

A charming house with a beautiful location right by the sea, just a short walk from fine, shallow sandy beaches.



Your holiday home is very well designed both inside and out. The house consists of 2 units, with the main building having 2 bedrooms, a cosy and inviting living room combined with the fresh and well-equipped kitchen, and a toilet and shower with a sauna inside. Opposite the smaller house is a large and very inviting terrace with comfortable furniture where you can spend many long days in the sun or enjoying meals together.



On the other side of the patio is the smaller unit and here there is 1 bedroom with a small double bed of approx. 140 cm. In the other room there is a sofa that can be made into a bed and a table. There is also a small fridge. One of the bedrooms is a connecting room to the neighbouring room.



The grounds are inviting and pleasant, and here you can both play and be completely quiet, depending on what mood you are in. To get to the sea, you walk a pleasant and relaxing path about 1 km to the seashore, long sandy beaches and, in summer, inviting seaside resorts. If you come in the cold season, don't miss a walk by the sea with a jacket to observe the wildlife, experience the changing light of the day or simply take a nice and refreshing walk.



Don't miss a walk a little further inland either. There are forests and hiking trails that are ideal for both short walks and proper day trips with a picnic in your rucksack.



The pleasant summer town of Falkenberg and the popular Skrea beach are close by, where you can take a dip in the indoor pool if the sand and sea are not at the desired temperature. There are several good golf courses in the neighbourhood. It is also close to Halmstad with its adventure land and the beautiful beaches of Tylösand. For the shopping fan it is not far by car to the "paradise" Gekås in Ullared. Don't miss a trip to inviting Gothenburg, where you can visit Liseberg, the Universeum, the Scandinavium and Ullevi or simply stroll along the Avenyn. Close to the fishing in Ätran, near Ullared.
