The Little Red River is right in our back yard. Nice covered back porch for drinking coffee and watching the trout rise. There is a mossy shoal good for fly fishing that drops off into a fantastic deep hole. The house really needs a good deep cleaning and someone to ensure the dishes are clean before a family comes for a stay. We found several dirty dishes as well as a moldy cup. The pictures are accurate of the property The house could use a Major Spring cleaning… the front entry and door is in bad need of a scrubbing and we went to sit on the lounge chairs on the back deck and they were very dirty with dirt/dust and cob webs and leaves on them The deck needs a good washing down also The beds are hard and not comfortable for our taste ##### Liz A.
