The main level of Wasatch Springs 13804 is bright and open, with vaulted ceilings, tons of windows, and an upper landing overlooking the LIVING AREA below. Plush sofas face the large, 58” HDTV that’s ideal for an occasional Netflix binge. (These sofas also pull out to allow for extra sleeping space.) Next to the living area is a formal DINING SPACE with seating for six, and the convenient kitchen island has seating for four more. The KITCHEN is completely open to the living and dining spaces and features custom wood cabinetry, exquisite stone countertops, and a full suite of premier, stainless steel GE appliances. Outside through the glass doors is a sun-kissed patio with an alfresco dining area and a charcoal grill. The first of four bedrooms is the PRIMARY SUITE on the main level, a lovely, welcoming sanctuary to retreat to at the end of the day. This room features a sumptuous king-size bed, a large HDTV, and an ENSUITE BATHROOM with dual sinks and a step-in shower. On the upper level, the SECOND BEDROOM includes a queen-sized bed, while the THIRD BEDROOM has a queen-over-queen-size bunk bed that can sleep four.
