*The property accommodates up to 6 cars (All must fit in the garage and driveway. NO STREET PARKING)
*Quiet hours are between 10PM-8AM. The hot tub may NOT be used after 10PM and anyone that fails to adhere to this rule will be immediately terminated from stay.
*A rental contract is required to be read over and signed upon reservation.
*We do not provide propane for the BBQ, but sometimes there is some left behind by other guests. You are welcome to bring your own or fill up the tank we provide.
*We do not provide coffee or coffee filters. Often guests leave some of theirs behind
*Please let us know during your stay if anything is broken or damaged in anyway. We are only on the property to clean it and often don't use anything in the house so we need your voice to let us know if anything is wrong!
