Whether to ski at at Deer Valley in winter or boat in the Jordanelle Lake in summer, this amazing home will offer an ultimate four-season mountain life experience to everyone in your family at your door step. Enjoy all 2,700 square feet of this home, which feels much larger due to its vaulted ceilings and open concept design. The great floor plan will make everyone comfortable sleeping, dinning, entertaining, and working. The huge fireplace extends all the way to the top, giving you an expansive feel of this home. There are enough games for your group to entertain as well, which include a full size foosball table, a chess and a poker game set etc. Two laundry rooms with one on the main level and the other one in the garage. 55 inch TVs in all bedrooms. Gigabit fiber optics high speed internet with mesh wifi making it easy to stream movies in all rooms. The master bedroom on the main level is furnished with 2 queen beds, a dresser, a nightstand and a desk with chair. Immediate access to the Provo River, one of the best trout rivers in the west. 3 minutes to the Jordanelle Marina and its Aqua X Zone – an inflatable water sports park open to swimmers 6 and up; the marina also allows for water-skiing, wake boarding, sailing and some of the best fishing in the area. 10 minutes to scenic Midway and Heber City, with family-friendly activities during the balmy spring to fall season. 15-20 minutes from glorious scenery such as the Alpine Loop Scenic Backway (Highway 92) and the Sundance ski resort and Mount Timpanogos to the south.
