With lake and mountain views, this new construction mountain contemporary townhome offers easy access to Deer Valley's Jordanelle Gondola, is perfectly positioned for summer lake activities, and offers ideal access to the highway with a 7 minute drive into Historic Main Street in Park City and 30 minutes to Salt Lake Airport. Whether you wish to ski at Park City Mountain Resort or the Canyons which are roughly a 10 minute drive from the property or love to ski Deer Valley, with gondola access a 3 minute drive into the gondola parking lot, Lakeside 96 offers 2,600 square feet built for family entertainment. Lakeside 96 boasts views of mountains and the lake most enjoyed from the steamy private hot tub on the patio, with large picturesque windows, bright natural light and vaulted ceiling living spaces, modern finishes, iron railings, luxury Viking appliances and state of the art technologies, which are additions to the architectural elements like the modern stone fireplace which make for an inviting experience in this new neighborhood. The main level features a spacious King master bedroom with a large ensuite bath with dual vanity sinks, a European glass shower and a separate tub, along with a substantial executive walk in closet.
