Welcome to Mayflower Village at the Shore 102, your all-season retreat for relaxation and adventure. Just 1.5 miles from the Deer Valley Jordanelle Express chairlift and the new Mayflower Resort, this cozy getaway gives you quick access to mountain fun and breathtaking views. Less than a mile away, the Jordanelle Reservoir offers endless options, whether you're boating, swimming, or enjoying a peaceful lakeside picnic in the summer. Miles of trails await for hiking and biking, and Historic Park City's charming shops, restaurants, and nightlife are only a 10-minute drive away, making this spot ideal for every season!  
  
This single-level condo offers 1,400 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms to accommodate up to six guests.   
  
You will access the first-floor condo from the community garage elevator or stairs. Stepping through the front door, you'll find yourself in a welcoming foyer with a bench and coat hooks. A few more steps and you will be in the main great room, holding the living room, kitchen and dining area.  
  
Living Room: Features comfortable furnishings including a sectional queen sleeper sofa, a Roku Smart TV with cable, and a warm gas fireplace. The adjacent private deck features Adirondack chairs and a BBQ grill and is a great place to enjoy the views.
