the front door had to be slamed to keep it closed. When we got there the door was open. We just pushed it open. But all else were fine. This was not much of a problem.

I didn’t like the carpet in the room is very dirty and the a/c made a really loud noise. Also, the a/c filter was so dirty and we got a severe stuffy nose -allergy. The breakfast was very good.

This location was convenient for our trip to the Sebring race preferring to be a bit outside the location. The morning breakfast had many choices, clean area. We will return to other locations when accessible.

Very expensive. Air quality poor. Both guests had headaches and backaches. This property is not even average and show not be priced at this level especially when far from full on a Saturday night.

Charged me and did not let me check in. Reporting to the Better Business Bureau! Stay away!

Your reservation was due in on Dec. 5th and went into a no-show, which means you did not arrive on that day for this reservation. When you tried to check-in the next day, we informed you due to that reservation going into no-show, you would need to reach out to expedia.com as all changes and cancellations must be made through them directly, following their policy. We apologized, explained the situation and offered to have another reservation set up for you if needed. We greatly apologize again about the inconvenience, but the hotel can only do so much when booking through a third party.

Accommodating staff and very comfy beds with pristine white bedding. Bathroom provided Dove soap, lotion and shampoo & conditioner at your fingertips with wall mounted dispensers to avoid the unnecessary tiny sample bottles. Our room overlooked the lake and was equipped with a microwave, Keurig coffee maker (with pods) and choices of hot teas, and a mini fridge. Pool was refreshing after a day at nearby (20 minutes) Gatorama in Palmdale, FL. Hotel is close to downtown and Big Dog Brewery, which unfortunately for us was closed due to Labor Day.😔 We did enjoy a great dinner at the local and newly renovated Beef O’Brady’s. Hotel is also close to Lake June in the Winter Park. The hotel’s complimentary breakfast was more than ample. They offered 2 kinds of breakfast sausage, scrambled eggs, fresh fluffy biscuits w/sausage gravy, a very cool make as you wait pancake machine and cold and hot cereal choices with all sorts of hot oatmeal toppings to choose from. Beautifully displayed pastries and fresh apples and bananas were available too. Coffee was delicious with flavored creamers or half & half and a big bonus…the orange juice was NOT watered down! It was a great start to our day. Thank you Holiday Inn ❣️

Constructive Criticism
The staff was great, the pool was great, the breakfast was great, the TV Channels sucked, internet sucked. No cable TV just air channels, and the internet was spotty at best. Room was nice and cool for a hot summer day in Florida. The wife stated the lighting needed improvement, oh also, whoever decided to put the toilet paper holder behind them while sitting on the throne should seek another profession. Designing a Hotel room can't be that hard! Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

We had a great stay! Clean, quite, and good location. Unfortunately the elevator was broken. We where on the second floor and my wife has a bad knee. Other than that everything was good.
