We had been traveling since 4:00am and were to attend my nieces wedding at 4:00. We asked if there were any rooms available for early check in so we could get a quick nap in before getting ready. The manager accommodated us and allowed us to check in at 1:45. We were very grateful and were well rested for the wedding

I had a great time here. My only complaint was that i was unable to fully seal the bath tub drain. The staff was excellent and very kind and helpful.

This hotel was very outdated and dirty. Had a mildew smell. We had to relocate to another hotel and were not refunded for one of the nights we did not even stay at the hote.

I did not like the fact that the room smelled of smoke ! it was very strong and we are non smokers! I think the app should ask if it will be a smoking or non-smoking room.

My check in experience was fast, the desk clerk was very professional, courteous & informative. The second evening clerk was just as professional, courteous & informative. So far my stays with the Holiday Inn Express has been great, rooms very clean & staff has always been professional!! 🙌

Had a problem with bathroom cleanliness but was remedied by a very nice young lady. Room doesn't have a safe and needs updated. Tub was slippy and there were no grab bars which isn't safe for elderly or balance challenged people. Pool is small. Nothing to do in that immediate area.
