This ground floor apartment checks all the boxes; 5-star living on the National Park Boundary, amazing views from your private deck w/propane BBQ, well stocked kitchen, Washer & Dryer, High Speed WIFI, Direct TV, and a Strong 4G Cell Service. Our home is a short 11-mile Drive to Denali National Parks only entrance road. This apartment is 100% newly furnished and outfitted. Both bedrooms have a pillow-top king bed and their own private bathroom. The kitchen is well-stocked with a dishwasher. The dining area is in the enclosed Sun Room which is connected to your private deck with patio furniture and propane BBQ. The Sun Room has lots of windows and spectacular views of the Alaska Range. The door to the Sun Room can be closed so as to not disturb people resting in the bedrooms. Our house is located at the end of the road in a very quiet tiny subdivision and sits on a 2-acre bluff with amazing views. You will feel like you are living in the middle of nowhere yet you will have all the amenities of a modern home. We regularly spot wildlife in our front and back yards. Our home is located in the "Healy" area 10-miles North of the Denali Park Entrance and it is where you want to stay; best park views, away from the congestion of the park entrance area (glitter gulch). Our home is near everything; a 1-minute drive to the grocery/liquor store, 5-minute walk to Roses Cafe or a 15-minute walk to the Totem Bar. Most area activities are located within minutes of the house; flight seeing, rafting, horseback riding, guided hiking, rafting, golf, biking, ATV, Zip lining and more. For larger groups there are 2-private suites attached to our home. Each of the Luxury Suites are completely private from the main house and each other. Each Suite has their own entrances, living areas, kitchens, decks and washers and dryers. My family and I are world travelers and always stay in an AirBnB. We understand you have high expectations for your Alaskan Adventure and we strive to exceed those expectations. We pay attention to all the important details; super clean, well stocked, owners answer the phone/texts immediately and everything works. We have lived in Denali for over 25 years and love the area. We want our home to be an important part of your Denali experience and we are always close by to answer any questions, make suggestions or to solve any issues. Please feel free to contact us for advice, we have lots of area knowledge. We always respect our guests privacy. Two weeks prior to your arrival we will email you detailed directions and private key code for entry. You can check yourselves in anytime after 4pm. WIFI code is on the bulletin board near the front door. Also on the bulletin board in the home we provide a list and brochures of all our favorite things to do and places to eat in the area. We recommend you book your Denali National Park Shuttle or Tour Bus before you arrive, but all other area activities can booked once you have arrived so you can gauge the weather and get a feel of what your group wants to do. Please remember our house is right on the park boundary and a day spent enjoying the views and hiking out of the house can be extremely rewarding. We strive to be the best vacation rental operators in the area and if you stay with us you will appreciate our attention to detail. The first time was in 2023\. It’s very clean and had a bunch of necessities like coffee, coffee filters, tea, shampoo and conditioner, etc. It’s a quick 20m drive to the Denali park road. It’s close to a handful of good restaurants (49th state brewery, black diamond) and the scenery is amazing. You can see mountains. The spruce trees are beautiful. The location was exceptional and an easy 20-minute drive to Denali National Park. But far and away the highlight of our stay was an up close visit right outside the dining room window of a cow moose and her calf. The kitchen was well stocked, so much better than just salt & pepper for spices, cookware & utensils, and real plates, bowls & glasses. There were washcloths & towels, as well as a sponge for cleaning up. The bedrooms were well stocked as well. Clean bedding, ceiling fans, blankets & an assortment of pillows. The mattress was memory foam, but actually comfortable. There was a dresser available & a closet with hangers. We stayed 3 nights but would have been comfortable for much longer. The host provided excellent directions to the home, which were welcome since the map on the phone was lacking. No issues during our stay. It was very comfortable. It’s comfortable, clean, well stocked kitchen, and in a beautiful setting! We enjoyed some time on the porch, taking in the gorgeous backdrop of Alaska. There’s even a convenient little grocery store close by. Denali is a short drive away as are the restaurants and shops. We LOVED having access to so many washers dryers at one time, making short work of cleaning our clothes from the first part of our trip! Ideal set up! Clean, well stocked, perfect layout for 3 adults (two bathrooms!), great communication with owner. Laundry room is shared with the other two units and use is limited to certain hours but easy to work around. Hardly could hear others in 2nd floor units. The home is located right outside Denali National Park in Healy, AK. It was a comfortable stay with all amenities needed. The two bedrooms had their own private restrooms and came fully stocked with blankets and towels as well. We didnt use the washer and dryers but they were there if we needed. The home was extremely clean and comfortable. There was great wifi, television and a fully stocked kitchen as well. It was also a great location to see the aurora borealis. It is surrounded by beautiful forestry and has everything you need for a dream stay. Its close to the grocery store, gas station and main roadway. I did message the host one night because a smoke/heat detector wouldnt stop beeping and going off and didnt receive a response. So that was my only complaint. Otherwise this is a 5 star location, vrbo. We will definitely return again. ##### Russell S. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great place! Very well maintained. This place looks exactly like the pictures that are online. We cooked our meals every night but one. The washer and dryer came in handy. We enjoyed the view of the mountains. The park is probably a 15 minute ride, and we took our time to enjoy the views and take pictures. We saw the northern lights one night. On our last day, we saw a lynx on our patio. Very comfortable and quiet.
