The property is excellent. Staff were great. Only downside was the noise of multiple hockey teams. Staff tried their best to supervise the kids while parents sat in the lobby drinking and socializing. It’s a great hotel just picked a busy weekend

Wonderful breakfast went to 10:00 even on weekdays. Great staff, helpful. Pool had water features… sprays, etc. Rooms clean, no rugs to mess with allergies. Highly recommend this chain of hotels!

Although parking is easy, it was at times hard to find a parking spot, that was my only issue. Other than that, it was a great hotel to stay at

Hotel is still nice but room cleaning has slipped. Obvious that that floor hadn't been vacuumed and in general the room wasn't as clean as usual. Beds were comfy and breakfast was great, and the pool area would be great for families with young children

The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel surpassed my expectations in cleanliness, food quality, and safety. It was a bit tricky to find parking at location but overall it was great.

Room was good, unsupervised teenagers were bad
Wonderful experience spending time with family. Older kids unsupervised in the pool area in the evening made the stay not so good, they were super obnoxious. Made it so my kids were frightened to go down the slide because they were crowding around. I spoke to them, it made no difference. I went and spoke to the front desk, they came and observed, but said nothing. I ended up leaving pool area with my kids. Also teenagers in the gym area that overlooks the pool area were standing in the window giving the finger repeatedly to the pool area - which my 6 kids (all under age of 12) saw. Not something they see at home, so was disgusted that they were exposed to that on family vacation.
