One bath is upstairs and one is downstairs. There is a living room equipped with T.V.., D.V.D. player, internet, Alexa device and air-conditioning. There is a dining room and kitchen, which is fully equipped with cookware, stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig machine, dishes/China, if you wish to use it. There is a COFFEE BAR in the kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs each with air-conditioning, towels, sheets, blankets and pillows. There is PRIVATE PARKING on the premises offering 3 parking spots. House was just finished with fresh paint and Victorian furniture and decor. There is a barbecue and fire pit with furniture in the private yard. There is a lock box on the door for self-check in/out. It turned out to be a great little town to visit during this time of year. If you're planning a visit, I strongly recommend staying along Broadway on the west side of the river. You'll be able to easily walk to attractions and pop in and out with minimal fuss and no parking hassle.
