Staff was nice and accommodating. Beds were kind of hard, so we didnt sleep too well. Pool was cloudy but could smell the chlorine. Breakfast was excellent.

The 2 ladies that were working the front desk when we arrived (March 28th at around 9pm) were very helpful and easy to deal with. They made us feel welcome for the entire time we stayed. We will definitely be back to stay there again!

Came with the kids, and none of us wanted to check out. The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly. The indoor pool was to die for. Heated pool in the dead of winter? HELL YEAH!

It’s perfectly fine. Pottsville is a pretty boring area. No real reason to go there, except that I was picking up a new Audi at a place that specializes in high-end cars. Otherwise, I would suggest staying in Lancaster County, with all of the beautiful Amish villages. Witches only about 50 miles away.

Pleasent stay
Quick trip to Pa for a funeral. Room appeared clean and bed was comfortable. Room temperature was a little difficult to gauge as the heating system is outdated. Only 1towel was in room upon arrival; called front desk and more towels were delivered promptly. Pool was clean (a little cool on temperature). Breakfast was fine considering it was included. Really liked having access to hot water and coffee even after breakfast was finished.

We came for the AOAA trails - it was the closest and one to the place and offered breakfast. That was convenient as we had to leave for the trails at 7:30am … It’s not close to anything 10-15 min drive and you can locate a place to eat but for the purpose of our trip it was the best option and we were very happy. The rooms were huge, we had a suite - we asked for a king size bed … comfortable and quiet. There is 24 hour coffee at the hotel and the pool looked clean and being used by kids. Breakfast was great and had all the essentials. We were very content.

The problem is not the hotel, but rather the location. It is located in the middle of nowhere, no gas station, no convenience store, restaurants are 25 minutes away by car. The hotel is expected to offer a frozen meal service to be put in the microwave.

We are sorry to hear that you were let down by our amenities. They are currently constructing a travel center at our exit that is to include a gas station, convenience store and a Burger King. In the meantime we do have several restaurants that will deliver to the hotel, as well as dine in restaurants within 10 minutes. We hope you will give us another chance should your travels bring you our way.

Clean hotel, nice place. Good breakfast, staff was fine. If I had a complaint it would be that the walls must be incredibly thin because we could hear toilets flushing and every single word of conversation from the people staying next to us. Like even turning on the tv, we could hear it as if it were in our room. Speaking of the tv, it also was lousy, no guide to see what channels they had or what programs were on, it was fuzzy and a very bad picture as if the tv was broken. One last thing, if you need a gas station/convenience store or restaurant while you stay there, be prepared to get back in your car and drive to the nearest town

Staff is very nice.
We were in town for a funeral. The staff was nice enough to move our room away from the elevator and accommodate my parents request for an accessible room. All of the staff was very nice and attentive. I would suggest newer TV or at least ones that cooperate with the cable system and a channel listing. The property is literally the only one in that area. Staff recommended a restaurant at the next exit which was very good.

The room was outstanding but the bathroom didn't have a fan in it and the sink was slow to drain. Also only 1 ice machine in the whole hotel. But overall an excellent hootel. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Roof replacement in progress that then turned into multiple flooded rooms. We lucked out no water issue but continues pounding and banging from clean up. Front desk didnt do anything to explain issues or compensate for the inconvenience

This is a place where you need a car to get to stuff. Aside from the complementary breakfast and vending machines, there are no food options within walking distance. Walking may not be a great idea anyway, as the hotel sits between a couple of distribution centers. With that said, the things you can access, with your car, are relatively easy and are usually about a 10 to 20 minute drive away.
