Cabin was nice and had everything we needed. Hosts are spot on with amenities they provided. Hosts also were very helpful and responsive. Lake is nice and peaceful. Saw lots of wildlife. Also perfect distance from tourist stuff, not to far away but far enough to enjoy the not crowded lake. Only thing I’d caution is this area of the lake is shallow and rocky so not great for swimming. We loved how they set everything up in there. We hung out in all areas. We watched a movie in the loft and played board games on a rainy day. We caught 19 walleyes, 2 bass, a northern and a crappie. We rented a boat for 2 days right next door at the mystic moose resort. Location was great, very peaceful with a view of the river that connects to the lake right out the front door. We saw a ton of deer, and a fox! We utilized the grill as well and made steaks and brats. When we weren’t at the cabin we were out trying all the local bars (JB’s Moose Lake Shack, was the best), breakfast places (Robins Nest, was the best), and even a winery (Tamarack Farms). It is the perfect up north escape. It’s a true cabin town we loved it and hope to get back to someday. ##### Jackson B.
