Welcome to Saffron Cottage, your cosy home away from home in beautiful Hayle, Cornwall. This stylish two-bedroom cottage is the perfect blend of seaside charm and modern comfort—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and train station. Ideal for couples, families, or friends (and even your furry companions!), it's the perfect base for exploring West Cornwall’s stunning coast.  
  
The Space  
  
Saffron Cottage is warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully decorated throughout with calming coastal tones, rustic touches, and personal details that make it feel like home. Whether you're relaxing after a day at the beach, cooking up a local feast, or enjoying a quiet evening in, the cottage is designed for comfort and ease.  
  
Living Room  
Relax in a bright, cosy lounge with exposed beams, original hardwood floors, and comfortable seating including a reclining leather chair, plush sofa, and armchair. Enjoy a quiet night by the electric stove-style fire or a movie on the flat-screen TV. Books, games, and nautical décor add charm and personality.  
  
Kitchen & Dining  
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, and everything you need for cooking at home. Beautiful wooden cabinetry and a classic cast-iron range add warmth and character. The cheerful turquoise splashback adds a bright, coastal touch. The dining nook features a solid wood table and chairs—perfect for sharing meals and conversation. A high chair is available upon request for guests with little ones.  
  
Bedrooms  
Upstairs you’ll find two peaceful, comfortable bedrooms:  
  
The main bedroom features a double bed with soft linens, layered throws, and vintage-style furnishings including a wooden dressing table and wardrobe.  
  
The second bedroom includes two single beds that can be converted into a super king on request. With calming tones and nautical decor, it's great for kids, friends, or extra guests. A travel cot is also available on request. Both rooms have plenty of storage and natural light.  
  
Bathroom  
Located on the ground floor, the spacious bathroom includes a walk-in rainfall shower and a full-sized bathtub—ideal for unwinding after a day out. Finished with fresh white tiles, blue mosaic accents, and modern fittings, it also includes a heated towel rail, vanity unit, and soft lighting. Bath towels are provided for all guests.  
  
Outdoor Space  
Enjoy a peaceful front courtyard framed by whitewashed walls and flowering plants. It’s a lovely sunny spot for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. There’s also space for bin storage and easy access into the property.  
  
Guest Access  
  
Guests have full private access to the entire cottage and front courtyard. Self-check-in is available, and detailed instructions will be provided before arrival.

On-street parking is available directly outside and nearby.  
  
Just 50 metres from Hayle train station—ideal if you’re arriving by rail or planning day trips without a car.  
  
Beach, shops, pubs, and cafés are all within walking distance.  
  
Flexible sleeping arrangements—please let us know in advance if you’d prefer the twin beds made up as a super king.  
  
A high chair and travel cot can be provided upon request.  
  
Dogs are welcome at £40 per dog per stay—please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your pet.
