Our vacation rental is easily accessible by a wide, paved road and is located in an upscale neighborhood with Mountain Harbour Golf Course and restaurant just below. The property is just 15 minutes from Hiawassee, 25 minutes from Murphy, 1 hour from Blue Ridge and Helen, GA, less than 2 hours from Asheville, and 2 hours and 15 minutes from Atlanta.

Very well maintained property. Plenty of towels and sheets. If your are cooking at the house, there is plenty of seasonings and cookware. Amazing views of the mountains and golf course. Carmen was always checking on us making sure the check in went smoothly and if we needed anything. Close to Helen, GA and Murphy, NC. Will definitely stay there again

We stayed 2 nights for new years and loved it. The property is on a short but steep hill and that means some great great views of the valley and the lake. Lots of space for kids to explore. The kitchen was stocked with condiments, grill was usable and fire pit was great for the chilly nights outside! Its close enough to the "neighbors" in case one needs any help, but far enough that your noise wont disturb them :) Ideal, right?!The host very responsive and helpful. Go ahead, book this.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home while attending my sons regional golf tournament. This very comfortable, fully furnished home exceeded our expectations. The view of the mountains from the deck is absolutely amazing. The beds were super comfy and the layout is perfect for large or small groups. The host was super helpful with checkin and checkout. This mountain home is extraordinarily clean, cozy, and has the most stunning views! Three levels offer plenty of room for a large family. The owners are amazing!!! #### Beauty is all around
The home was beautiful. The view of the surrounding mountains was amazing . It was ideal for our family get away . Our daughter-in- law has recommended it to her mother for Her next get away destination .

#### Spectacular Views!
Mountain views as soon as you walk through the front door! The house is very well stocked and beautifully maintained. Plenty of room for everyone to stay comfortably. We visit this area often and this was one of our favorite stays. Thank you Carmen.

#### Didn't want to leave!
We loved staying here! The house had the best view of any place I have ever stayed. The location is so quiet and peaceful. The house was perfect for a family, with plenty of space to spread out. We loved grilling out and making s'mores on the fire pit. Carmen is an amazing VRBO host, very kind and attentive to our needs and making sure we had the perfect stay.

#### Spectacular Views!
What a wonderful weekend getaway! The house was spotless and the view was amazing. We spent so much time in the peace and quiet on the large porch just enjoying the views of the mountains and the lake. Carmen was such a lovely host. We hope to come back soon!

#### Stunning mountain and lake views!!!
We had a wonderful weekend at this lovely home. The house was immaculately CLEAN! The kitchen was fully stocked and well organized. The view was AMAZING! The owner, Carmen is was very accommodating and resourceful. We look forward to our next visit here.

The property is so beautiful. The view off the back deck is amazing and Carmen is always so responsive and thoughtful. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and a thoughtful gift was left for us when we arrived. I will always recommend her place for a stay in Hayesville.

#### Wonderful weekend!!
We stayed with 2 other couples and we all had a womderful time. The house is beautiful and the view in the morning is spectalcular. The pictures don't accurately descibe how great this place is! We can't wait to go back and visit again. Also we highly reccomend The Copper Door restaurant in Hayesville - it was fantastic!! Thanks for letting us stay in your wonderful home!

#### Amazing views great week!
The house was amazing, we have actually just sold a home in the area and we took many great ideas from the house for our next home purchase. The long range mountain and lake views were breathtaking and our family enjoyed the open plan and the huge deck. Looking forward to future rentals when return to the area. Great stay. The house is beautiful. kitchen was stocked with spices, oils, pots, pans, dishes… everything you can think of. House had many thoughtful helpful things. Lots of towels for use. Beautiful view. Everything was great. We received text messages just making sure everything with the house was going well. Everything was top notch. Highly recommend this place!

The view from the porch will rival ANY view in North Carolina. The home was spotless in all regards and dealing with the owner could not have been better. No disappointments here in any way. We will absolutely be back!

#### Amazing 1st Time Experience
This was our first time using VRBO and it was a completely amazing and flawless experience!! The house was absolutely beautiful and spotless. It was super warm and inviting and I cannot say enough about how breathe taking the view is. I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed staying here. Also the home owners were very prompt in responding to all our questions and any concerns we had. I highly recommend staying here and will be staying here again in the future!
