Come enjoy the serenity of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the stunning views of Lake Chatuge. This 3Br/3Ba offers ample space for your whole group to be together, but also provides lots of privacy. After exploring everything the area has to offer, settle into this cozy, well-appointed home. Read a book by the fireplace, soak in the hot tub while taking in the magnificent view, or roast marshmallows over the firepit. Hayesville is only 10 minutes away. This home is sure to keep you coming back.
We leave you alone to make bunches of memories! Make yourselves at home. If you do need immediate assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re just a phone call or message away.
Adventure awaits! Western NC and North GA abound with opportunities for recreation and relaxation. Set your sights on long-range views with visits to Bell Mountain in Hiawassee (20-minute drive) and Brasstown Bald (highest point in GA, 35-minute drive). Spend the day on Lake Chatuge with a boat or personal watercraft rental from a local marina or launch your own from nearby public access. Want to immerse yourself in nature in the Nantahala National Forest? Bring your mountain bikes and ride the first-class trails at Jackrabbit Mountain (also great for hiking and dog-friendly) less than 5 minutes from the property. Fires Creek Recreation Area (25-minute drive) is another Western NC local favorite for hiking with picturesque views, swimming, and trout fishing. On the GA side, take a 30-minute drive to a waterfall hike via the High Shoals Falls Trail or make the 45-minute drive to Alpine Helen, GA for a taste of Bavaria in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Hungry and thirsty after a day of exploration? Visit the outstanding local restaurants, wineries, and breweries in and around downtown Hayesville and Hiawassee for not-to-be-missed tastes of local flavor.

Living room: Wood burning fireplace, Tv with firestick, office desk, Hall tree has tons of board games and card games.
Outdoors:
Deck: has dinning table and chairs, couch and chairs, and gas grill.
Patio: has couch and chairs, hot tub and firepit.

There are two "local" airports 1 in Andrews NC and the other in Blairsville GA.

\* All trash must be in a kitchen size bag, tied up and placed in the outside can, Absolutely no loose trash. Any loose trash will result in a $50 fee.

\* We supply a propane tank and a spare for the grill

Me and my husband chose this house for our anniversary getaway and we loved every minute of it. We did not want to leave ! The view is amazing, beds are comfortable and the house was very clean. We can’t wait to go back !

The place was absolutely worth every penny. Waking up every morning to sunrise in the mountains is the best way to start day. We intend on rebooking next year. The house has a bunch of games for all ages. Lots of things to do nearbydo in

Be very careful on the stairs. Master is in the basement and the stairs are uneven heights. It almost caused us to fall.
